Shino served as Finance and Operations Oversight Director at Investisseurs & Partenaires, where she managed the financial and operational oversight of three Africa-focused SME funds totalling more than €200m. She led valuations, portfolio reporting, governance, compliance, and fund structuring across Africa and Europe, working closely with CEOs, investors, and local teams.Her background spans entrepreneurship, having founded and scaled a UK tech startup, as well as several years in equity derivatives trading at BNP Paribas in Europe and Asia, where she managed complex books and delivered strong P&L performance in fast-moving markets.

Shino holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MBA from ESSEC, and works fluently in French, English, and Japanese.
