Overview

Past Accelerators

Prior to launching its Catalyst Climate Resilience Fund,  Catalyst Fund has successfully run two transformative programs aimed at empowering startups and innovators across emerging markets.

Our Inclusive Fintech and Digital Commerce Accelerators have been instrumental in empowering entrepreneurs to address critical gaps in these sectors.

Through partnerships with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, JPMorgan Chase & Co, FCDO, PayPal, and the Mastercard Foundation, we have provided essential patient capital, venture building support, and access to investors.

These initiatives have enabled entrepreneurs to develop innovative solutions that enhance financial inclusion and digital commerce, ultimately improving the lives of millions.

Through these programs we backed 61 startups across 15 emerging markets,
who went on to raise over $800M in follow-on funding and reached over 14m customers,
boasting a 86% startup survival rate.
