Thabiso is the CFO for The Catalyst Fund. She is also the fractional CFO at BFA Global. Thabiso is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years of cross-functional experience in finance, operations, and impact leadership, including over a decade at the C-suite level. She has provided both executive and non-executive directorships in asset management, venture capital, and service industries, successfully leading teams in large corporations, boutique fund managers, and high-growth tech startups across the UK, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Currently holding non-executive director roles at Tripplo and Independent Alternatives, she previously held the position of CFO at Founders Factory Africa (now 54Collective), overseeing a $115 million budget, managing investments, and handling operational expenses across Africa, the UK, and Southeast Asia. Thabiso has a background in strategic finance and governance, complemented by an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford.
